Cancellation Policy:

The payment deposit is half of total rental amount up front with the balance due upon check-in.

Cancellation must be made within 30 days to receive deposit refund. If cancellation made less than 30 days, a refund shall be made only if the cabin can be re-rented. Same cancellation policy applies if reservations made with less than 30 days to cancel.
